Family Value Foundation of Hong Kong was founded in 2007 as a non-profit making charitable organization. The Foundation
proactively speaks up in the society about keeping families strong. Our mission is not just to spread the message of family value, but to catalyze transformation in our society that will help build up everyone in the family rooted in loving homes. We believe in the permanence of marriage, the value of children, the complementary and irreplaceable roles of fathers and mothers, as well as the importance of family.
I am the first General Secretary of the Foundation. As a father of two children, I am interested in the holistic development of our future generations and am especially committed to promoting the importance of fathering role in child development. I launched the project “Centre for Fathering” in 2015 with the strategic themes of Research, Education and Engagement.
